EXPEDITED NORTH AMERICAN SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer complimentary expedited shipping for all Canadian orders over $100 USD/$130 CAD and flat rate $10 express shipping to the US.
When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Please note once your order ships, order cancellations cannot be made and changes cannot be made to the shipping address. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of monogrammed orders. International packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which the customer is responsible for upon delivery.
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and DHL; for expedited shipping, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
IN A HURRY?
For your convenience, we can rush your order for $25.00. Rush shipping orders are sent via UPS, DHL, Fedex and Canada Post. Monogramming processing times still apply. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any rush orders.
DUTIES AND TAXES
We are happy to share that all Canadian orders, and any US purchases valued under $800, will enjoy duty free shipments. Any orders shipped to US addresses that are valued above $800 may be subject to import duties and taxes, which the customer is responsible for upon delivery.
FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS
So that you can shop with total peace of mind, we offer free returns within North America on non-monogrammed product for up to 30 days after the order is shipped.
We hope that you'll be delighted with your order. However, if you do need to return something, here’s what to do:
1. Click here to visit our return portal and provide the necessary information, including your email and order number.
2. Once the return request is received and approved, we’ll send through your prepaid return label. Simply print the label & affix to the package and drop off at your nearest postal location.
3. Please ensure that items are well packaged (ideally in the packaging in which they were sent) and in re-saleable condition. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will either refund you or exchange for a different item, depending on your preference. You will receive an email notification once processed.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
1. All monogrammed product is final sale. Monogrammed pieces are made to order and therefore are not eligible for return; this includes limited edition capsule collection pieces such as Mother's Day collection items. For all two-piece sets, we do not sell top and bottom pieces separately.
2. We require that you return the goods to us in an unused, unwashed and otherwise re-saleable condition. For all two-piece sets, both pieces of the set must be returned together with all original tags attached.
3.To qualify for our free returns service, you must arrange your collection through KIP., via the process detailed above. Please do not send items to us without first contacting us to request the return; returns received via other methods will be at your own expense and risk.
4. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. We request that all such goods are returned within 30 days of the date of your receipt of the goods and will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 7 days of the date of our receipt of goods.
