FREE EXPEDITED NORTH AMERICAN SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer complimentary expedited shipping for all North American orders over $100 USD.
When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Please note once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of monogrammed orders.
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, USPS and DHL; for expedited shipping, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
IN A HURRY?
For your convenience, we can rush your order for $25.00. Rush orders are processed the same day, if received by 2PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
For international orders, standard rates are calculated at checkout and range from $15-$50 USD. We ship via UPS and DHL and delivery can take up to 2 weeks. We also offered an International Priority Shipping option at checkout if you require sooner.

FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS
So that you can shop with total peace of mind, we offer free returns for up to 30 days after you make your order.
We obviously hope that you'll be delighted with your order. However, if you do need to return something, here’s what to do:
1. Contact our customer services team to inform us that you'd like to make a free return. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Once the return request is received, we’ll send through your prepaid return label. Simply print the label & affix to the package.
3. Our couriers will collect the item(s) from you and return them to us. Please ensure that items are well packaged (ideally in the packaging in which they were sent) and in re-saleable condition. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will either refund you or exchange for a different item, depending on your preference. You will receive an email notification once processed.
1. Monogrammed product is final sale.
2. We require that you return the goods to us in an unused and otherwise re-saleable condition.
3. To qualify for our free returns service, you must arrange your collection through KIP., via the process detailed above. Please do not send items to us without first contacting us to request the return; returns received via other methods will be at your own expense and risk.
4. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. We request that all such goods are returned within 30 days of the date of your receipt of the goods and will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 7 days of the date of our receipt of goods.

6. All accurately returned products will be credited to the purchaser's credit card.
