Official Rules:

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period:

The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, November 9th 2022 and ends on November 11th 2022 ends at 11:59 PM EST. 

How to Enter:

To enter the contest submit your email on the Giveaway landing page during the Promotion Period. No mail-in entries, DMs, or emails will be accepted. KIP. Sleepwear and EVE LOM are not liable for lost, late, inaccurate, invalid, misdirected, undelivered, or incomplete entries.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

One (1) winner will be selected to receive: EVE LOM’s Radiance Renewal Ritual Set ($110 Retail Value) and KIP. Sleepwear Monogrammed Premium Cotton Pajama Set and Mulberry Silk Eye Mask ($250 Retail Value)

Winner Section:

One (1) winner will be selected on November 14th, 2022 in a random drawing among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by a representative of the Sponsor KIP. Sleepwear, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. The potential winner will be notified via email.

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a potential winner, for whatever reason, does not provide EVE LOM or KIP. Sleepwear representative with a message confirmation receipt of their winner notification the contestant will be disqualified within five (5) days of attempted notification or otherwise fails to comply with the Official Rules, his/her prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

General Rules:

Taxes, related to the prizes are the winners sole responsibility, if applicable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, image, photo, sobriquet and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and winner releases Sponsor, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the Giveaway from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email account of the entrant. Entries are subject to verification of eligibility and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Giveaway are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike, obscene or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or damaged entries due to internet services providers service, weather, technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Giveaway if it is not capable of completion as planned, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures or corruption of any sort, and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility:

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry who have an email account. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Limitation of Liability:

Neither EVE LOM, their agents, employees, parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, as well as, their advertising and promotional agencies shall have any liability for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of opportunity or goodwill.

Privacy:

By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to the use of his/her personal information by EVE LOM, and KIP. Sleepwear or representatives for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including for use in a winners list, and otherwise as permitted or required by law.
