If you’re anything like us, you know how much restlessness can afect your ability to fall asleep. Maybe you’ve had a particularly grueling day at work, a super-intense workout that left your muscles sore, or maybe you just need a little extra TLC once in a while. The Golde Cacao Turmeric Latte Blend has been our nightcap of choice lately for good reason. Not only does it taste like a nostalgic cup of hot chocolate, but the benefits of cacao and turmeric include ory properties to help us sleep. As if we needed another reason to reach for chocolate before bed! Cacao, the raw and pure form of chocolate, contains high levels of magnesium,an important nutrient for regulating muscle and nerve function, as well as blood sugar levels. A single tablespoon of cacao powder boasts around 40mg of magnesium, making it aae for relaxation. Studies show that maintaining an optimal magnesium level can improve insomnia and restlessness without the use of pharmaceuticals --yes, please!
As delicious as it is in beverage form, the Golde Cacao Turmeric Latte Blend works amazingly well in desserts, smoothies and baked goods as well. Lately, we’ve been loving their Cacao mood bites recipe as a dessert oobedtime snack with benefits.

Directions
- 1/ Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until texture becomes dough-y
- 2/ Roll into 1-inch balls
- 3/ Store in freezer in airtight container
- 4/ Enjoy! Pop one (or two) out of the freezer whenever you need a boost
